09/06/2017

Summer 2017 has been busy for AxxonSoft. The company took part in three events in Africa: the Securex trade fair and the Zululand Trade Fair 2017 road show in South Africa, and end-user training in Kenya.

Securex 2017 was held at the Gallagher Convention Centre in Midrand, Johannesburg fr om 30 May to 01 June 2017. Securex South Africa Exhibition is the leading exhibition for security in Africa, bringing together visitors and exhibitors representing more than 10 different countries.

"It was a pleasure to attend Securex South Africa 2017 with its over 20 years of history, the largest security trade show in Africa with more than 150 top companies participating and over 6200 visitors. The three-day event hosted representatives of the major industry bodies from around the globe demonstrating new and improved technologies, sharing expertise, ideas, and opinions and encouraging best practices. Securex helped us to discover and evaluate the latest innovations, products and services, network with AxxonSoft partners, create new business opportunities, establish industry contacts and expand AxxonSoft presence in the South African market."

— Astemir Karmov, AxxonSoft South Africa Regional Manager.

Next, AxxonSoft took part in the Zululand Trade Fair 2017 road show which was held on 29 June — 1 July at the ZCBF grounds in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal.

The Zululand Trade Fair is an annual business and entertainment event. The two-day, three-night expo showcases products and services from corporate companies to home stall holders, and it is also a feast of live entertainment and fun with food and beverage outlets and beauty pageants. The Fair not only fosters economic development and growth in the area but also indirectly stimulates the local economy through tourism expenditures.

At the event, AxxonSoft showcased its flagship products Axxon VMS and Axxon PSIM.

Finally, the company turned its course to Nairobi, Kenya, wh ere on 4 August 2017, AxxonSoft and Xtranet conducted an end-user breakfast event to introduce their products to key stake holders in the market. Around 30 end users attended the training and interacted with the products, including representatives of the following organizations: Ministry of Lands, Nairobi County Government, Nairobi Hospital, Nation Media Group, Kenya Revenue Authority, and others.

"This end-user event helped AxxonSoft to obtain strategic leads and potential projects. We believe that, moving forward, such events will help entrench our growth and create reliable sales funnels."

— Joseph Muremba, AxxonSoft East Africa Regional Manager.
